Western Avenue Marketplace is a 16,400 square foot retail center in Faribault, Minnesota. The site was a former gas station. We completed development of the center in late 2007. The location boasts both Interstate 35W visibility and high traffic counts. Tenants include: Radio Shack, Wells Fargo Bank, Sally Beauty and Jimmy Johns.
