In February 2002 we purchased the 631 North Cedar Building, better known as the Fastenal building as a redevelopment project. We also purchased adjacent building which were removed and converted into parking. The Cedar Project is located just two blocks north of downtown and provides a central location for business. The property is a 27,000 square foot office and light industrial multi user facility.
